My hope and prayer is that all of the students in our ministry as well as all those that claim to follow Christ would dig deep into the Word of God. However a statement I hear a lot is, “I don’t understand it.” One thing I would encourage is to always have a great study bible. I would suggest the ESV Study Bible, but if you prefer another get that one. I would also suggest that you buy, download or borrow the book “Death by Love”. It takes deep theological ideas (if you don’t know what theological means, this book is for you) and breaks them down into simple to understand concepts through true stories.
